SHIPPING METHODS

The time required to prepare an order may vary from collection to collection and depends on the processing of the individual t-shirts. In general, 20 calendar days are sufficient for their preparation and shipment, to be calculated obviously from the day of receipt of payment.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. You will be notified when the order is ready for shipment and you can track it until delivery.

 

Customs duties and taxes on imports

If you buy these products outside the European Economic Community (EEC) you are responsible for importing them into your destination country. So make sure of the regulations in force on imports because you are responsible for all related costs or duties and taxes applied by customs calculated on the value of the shipment. Any delays caused by customs controls are beyond my responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

You have the possibility to return the purchased products by contacting me within 14 days of receipt of the goods and returning them to me within 20 days from the date of receipt of the goods, with transport costs at your expense.

 

Terms of withdrawal:

  • The products must not have been used.  The use and / or partial return of the goods will invalidate the right to reimbursement.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging

  • Custom orders cannot be changed

 

The returned goods will be checked and replaced, if requested, or refunded only if the withdrawal conditions have been respected. If the reason for the withdrawal is a product defect, send me the photo of the non-conformity detected by you in advance.

How to withdraw:

Send me an explicit declaration of return of the goods within 14 days (for example a letter sent by post or  e-mail).  You can use the attached return form, but it is not mandatory.  I'll send you  written confirmation of receipt of the revocation, for example by e-mail.

Effects of withdrawal:

They will then be refunded within 14  days from your notice of withdrawal,  all payments received by you, including standard delivery charges. The refund will be made  with the same payment method you used for the initial purchase, unless you specify a different one. 

The return costs will not be reimbursed because they remain at your expense. 

The refund can be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the shipment has been demonstrated  of the goods to be returned.
