PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION AND CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

EX D.LGS.196 / 2003 and European Regulation 2016/679

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 of 30/06/2003 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" ("Privacy Code") and art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 ("Privacy Regulation") we inform you that the personal data provided by the Customers will be processed for the following purposes:

(1) contractual and administrative-accounting;

(2) subject to the express consent of the Customers, for marketing purposes (sending commercial and / or promotional communications and / or advertising material on products, via email and / or traditional mail and / or text messages and / or via social networks;

(3) subject to the express consent of the Customers, for the purposes of profiling and statistical analysis relating to purchase preferences, the quantity and nature of the products purchased, the time frequency of purchases, etc. 

The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point (1) is mandatory: in their absence, the Customers will not be able to proceed with the purchase.

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in points (2) and (3) is, on the other hand, purely optional and any refusal involves only the impossibility for the Customers to make use of promotional initiatives intended for them and, for the Owner, to proceed with the processing for profiling purposes.

The data controller is ReImmagina di Nancy Marchini based in Motteggiana, Mantua, Via F. Filzi, 86 (tel. +39 340 0728663, email: mail@re-immagina.com), which will also process the data through the creation and management of a centralized database, with IT and telematic tools. Customers' personal data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed and in any case, for profiling or marketing purposes, for a period not exceeding, respectively, twelve and twenty-four months from their registration or for a shorter period in case of withdrawal of consent, except for the transformation of the same into anonymous form.  The treatment will be carried out by the Data Controller also by means of specifically appointed subjects such as Managers, employees, consultants and other collaborators and third party service providers to whom the data may be communicated. The personal data provided may be transferred abroad even outside the European Union: in this case the Data Controller ensures from now on that the data transfer will take place in accordance with the provisions of Articles. 42-45 of the Privacy Code and pursuant to art. 44-50 of the Privacy Regulation.

Filzi, 86 - 46020 Motteggiana, Mantua or to the e-mail address: mail@re-immagina.com, the Customer can always exercise all the rights referred to in art. 7 of the Privacy Code (the full text of which is reported *) and pursuant to art. 15 of the Privacy Regulation, including that of obtaining confirmation of the existence of personal data, updating, rectification, cancellation, limitation, to oppose the processing also for the purposes referred to in points (2) and (3) , as well as to know the updated and complete list of data processing managers.

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a) the origin of the personal data;

b) the purposes and methods of the processing;

c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2 ;

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

3.The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
