Tencel® is an artificial fabric of natural origin because it derives from wood fibers. It turns out very soft, similar to vegetable silk.

The textile fiber is extracted with a closed cycle process thanks to the innovative Austrian company Lenzing in which a large part of the water used is recycled for subsequent fabric extractions. It does not use chemical solvents harmful to the environment during the extraction phase of the fabric.

We recommend a delicate wash at 30 ° for no more than 30 minutes, washing and ironing the garment inside out to keep the colors of the print longer. No soaking and no softener. Dry in the shade.

The time required to prepare an order may vary from collection to collection and depends on the processing of the individual t-shirts. In general, 5 calendar days are sufficient for their preparation and shipment, obviously to be calculated from the day of receipt of payment.

Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. You will be notified when the order is ready for shipment and you can track it until delivery.

Customs duties and taxes on imports

If you buy these products outside the European Economic Community (EEC) you are responsible for importing them into your destination country. So make sure of the regulations in force on imports because you are responsible for all the relative costs or duties and taxes applied by customs calculated on the value of the shipment. Any delays caused by customs controls are beyond my responsibility.

You have the possibility to return the purchased products by contacting me within 14 days of receipt of the goods and returning them to me within 20 days, with transport costs at your expense.

Terms of withdrawal:

• The products must not have been used
• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Custom orders cannot be changed

The returned goods will be checked and will be replaced or refunded only if the withdrawal conditions have been respected. If the reason for the withdrawal is a product defect, send me the photo of the non-conformity detected by you in advance.
